THE EAQUALS ACCREDITATION
Üsküdar University Foreign Languages Coordinatorship was inspected by Eaquals in 2024 and met the high standards required for Eaquals accreditation. The teaching, the course programmes, as well as the course organisation, the learning resources, testing and evaluation were all judged to be of high quality. It was found that the institution takes great care to protect the welfare of its clients and staff, and all publicity materials produced by the institution are accurate and truthful. The Eaquals membership will be valid until September 30, 2028.

Management and Administration
At Üsküdar University Foreign Languages Coordinatorship, the Director has created a culture of distributed leadership and psychological safety amongst the administrative and instructional team; all stakeholders reported transparent and inclusive decision-making processes. The FLD Prep Programme’s efficient administration is facilitated by an exceptionally well-designed, fully integrated and user-friendly information system, appreciated by students and staff alike.
Communication with Students and Clients
The Inspectors found that the timely, clear communication with Students on all matters, from pre-enrolment to all course related aspects and assessment, is a point of excellence. This was confirmed by the students’ appreciation of the quality of information regarding assessments, updates, and all other relevant announcements in a timely and clear manner; further, they reported that they could receive accurate and swift responses from the administration regarding any questions they had.
