Dear newly registered students,
The first step you should do is to take your PLACEMENT EXAM. It is held
every Tuesday at 09.30 online. Please go to https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr , click the placement exam, write your name-surname and student id number, take the test and submit. DO NOT TRY TO TAKE THE EXAM BEFORE 09.30, IT IS NOT ACCESIBLE. DO NOT TRY TO TAKE IT TWICE, YOUR FIRST EXAM RESULT WILL BE ACCEPTED, DO NOT CHEAT, THIS IS FOR YOUR PLACEMENT INTO CLASSES.
Secondly, the day after your placement exam, go to https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr announcement and understand which classroom you are placed in if you take 59-0 from the placement exam.
Thirdly go to https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr, announcement and click the advisor link. Find your class advisor, write him/her a mail informing you are a new student and you should be added in class.
After the announcement, on Wednesday at 09.30, students who score 60 and over can take the Proficiency exam. If you get 60 and over from the placement test, go to https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr, read the information about the VERSANT EXAM for the Proficiency Exam. According to the new restriction rules, there is NO hybrid classes but ONLINE lessons at school and the exams will be ONLINE. So there is NO FACE TO FACE EXAM anymore.
About the proficiency exam-VERSANT EXAM; Read the instructions, watch the videos and do the Versant Exam sample and on the same link buy the exam. You should copy and paste the link to buy the Versant exam. Send the recipt to Mr. Leon Pakzad leon.pakzad81@gmail.com and he will send you the exam. You will have 24 hours after the link is accessible.
Wait for three days, your exam papers are going to be graded. Go to https://hazirlik.uskudar.edu.tr, on the announcements, find your class by checking your student id number.Click the advisor link. Find your class advisor, write him/her a mail informing you are a new student and you should be added in class.
If you can not reach the LMS, write a mail to your advisor, he/she will cover the lesson on Microsoft teams until the problem is solved.
